These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of sumomayhem.com and the services provided by SumoMayhem by SumoGrowth Labs and DropFreedom LLC ("SumoMayhem", "we", "us"). By using our website or services, you agree to these Terms.

Our services

SumoMayhem creates AI-assisted video creatives for ads and social media. The scope, deliverables, timelines, and pricing for each project are set out in your proposal, invoice, or agreement with us.

Payments

Fees are due as stated on your invoice. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payments are non-refundable once work has started. Late payments may pause work on your project.

Your content

You confirm that you own or have permission to use any materials you send us (logos, images, footage, music, scripts) and that they do not infringe anyone's rights. You grant us a license to use them to deliver your project.

Ownership and usage

Once paid in full, you may use the final delivered videos for your business and marketing. Unless you ask us not to, we may show your project in our portfolio and marketing. We keep ownership of our methods, templates, prompts, and tools.

AI-generated content

Our videos are made with AI tools. AI output may vary, and similar content may be generated for others. You are responsible for reviewing videos before publishing and for complying with ad platform and social media rules.

Revisions

Revisions are included as described in your project agreement. Additional changes may be billed separately.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use our website or services for anything unlawful, misleading, hateful, or harmful, or to request content that impersonates real people without their consent.

No guarantees

We work hard to create effective videos, but we do not guarantee specific results such as views, sales, or ticket sales. Services and the website are provided "as is".

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in question, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of Hillsborough County, Florida.
